Here’s the Protocols on Pick-Up at Santé Sales Office.
For Safety and Protection
- “No face mask, No entry”. Everyone is required to wear a face mask before they can enter the Eton building.
- Sanitation by putting alcohol on your hands before entering the Eton premises is required.
- Customers with 38ºC and above temperature will not be allowed to enter the Eton building.
- Distributor’s ID and Certificate of Distributorship must be presented before product pick up.
- Observe social distancing. Keep a distance of at least 3 feet (or 1 meter) away from each other.
Releasing Guidelines
- The Sales Office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only, Monday to Saturday.
- Santé Sales Office-HQ is available for product pick-up only. Meetings and trainings shall not be allowed.
- Only paid transactions will be accommodated. Walk-ins will not be entertained.
- Product releasing is based on a scheduled pick-up set by our Customer Service.
- Strictly no loitering. Once your business is done, refrain from staying or lingering in the premises
