Quite frankly, I am a bit hesitant to share this to you as i learnt these basic steps in MLM business from the company i worked with years ago. However, as i gone thru this list again.. and again.. and again as well as sharing this to my business partners – i feel like i need to really share this to you.
Also, there is this growing concern regarding the MLM business. Wherein, mostly it has been experience by new business partner and have been consciously or unconsciously been practice by all.
I’ve encountered lots of complains, such as;
- … my sponsor / up-line / recruiter or even mentor is not helping me and my business
- … after my sponsor / up-line / recruiter receive the commission of my registration – starts ignoring me
- … my sponsor / up-line / recruiter did not tell me what to do
- … I am not earning on this business, only my up-line / sponsor
- … network marketing is really a bad business as i did not get anything.
Sad to say, these (above experiences) have been since the beginning of MLM industry 100 years ago. And still will be experience by the new generations of network marketers.
I am not the original author of this list, in-fact i am not sure who were the source as well. However, i did make some changes and additional requirement – yes, additional requirement that the new business partner must have.
Remember, this is your own business – so you need to own it by heart.
Do not rely on your sponsor / up-line /recruiter!

- Have Your Prospect Sign With You As Your New Business Partner
- Teach Your New Business Partner the Basic Steps
Yes, it is just 8 basic steps of MLM and you think…. ahhhh… its easy! i can do this. Well, i agree with you it is easy but a bit challenging in some ways.
Success in this industry is not in finding the right person, but in becoming the right person.
